Double Occupancy and Single Occupancy
Reservations at Flannagan Lodge come in two convenient options. If you are a single person travelling, or a couple that would need ONE bedroom, you can reserve and pay for one room out of the three rooms available. One room rate would simply have the remaining two bedrooms locked, inaccessible, and would remain unoccupied during your stay; uless you wish to pay for the full suite for single person per room occupancy.
Double Occupancy Reservation Matrices
- A solo person can reserve and stay at Flannagan Lodge, in one bedroom for the single guest (1 guest) rate.
- A couple can stay together in a single room at Flannagan Lodge, in one bedroom for the two-guest rate. Simply select 2 guests when reserving on Airbnb.
- Three people can stay in a two-room setup at Flannagan Lodge, Double Occupancy in one-bedroom and single occupancy in the 2nd bedroom. Simply select 3 guests when booking on Airbnb
- Four people can stay in a two-room reservation at Flannagan Lodge, Double Occupancy in two bedrooms. Simply select 4 guests when reserving on Airbnb.
- Five people can stay in a three-room reservation at Flannagan Lodge with Double Occupancy in two bedrooms and single occupancy in the third bedroom. Simply select 5 guests when reserving on Airbnb.
- Six people can stay in a three-room reservation at Flannagan Lodge with Double Occupancy in three bedrooms. Simply select 6 Guests when reserving on Airbnb.
Single Occupancy, Single Person PER Room
If you are travelling and want TWO or THREE bedrooms with ONE person PER Bed, we offer that option by manual adjustment. Our rate is markedly competitive with any fine hotel that offers a private queen-sized bed in its own private room. Most hotels put two beds in one room with a rollaway bed to achieve a 5- or 6-person reservation. We do not stuff everyone in one single room; we offer privacy but in doing so, we must account for the double and triple laundry required for a reservation.
If you reserve this option, you will have two or three bedrooms where you two or three people sleep in private rooms each. You MUST send an inquiry for this reservation offer because we must change to the single occupancy rates. Make sure to send your inquiry through the Airbnb App to contact the Host if you desire single occupancy in the bedrooms.
Work around on Airbnb and VRBO from Manual Contacting the Host. To reserve two rooms for single occupancy, select 3 guests when you reserve. This adds $25 for the missing second person and $25 for the "third" guest in room #2 but this unlocks room #2. To reserve three rooms for single occupancy, select five guests when you reserve. This adds $25 for the second guest on double occupancy, $25 for the third guest to unlock room #2, $25 for the fourth "empty guest of room #2" and $25 for the 3rd bedroom to be unlocked. In total, our rates adjust up by $50 for three single people to reserve our three rooms. This $50 is essentially the missing cleaning fee that we do not charge and is intended for the extra laundry required for your stay.
