A queen Murphy bed folds away to open the room up for a dining table, a large work desk, and a game table. Most guests keep it that way, and it’s why the suite works as well for a long remote-work stay as it does for a weekend.

Two ways to book

Standard Setup

Two Bedrooms, Up to Four Registered Guests

Two queen bedrooms are prepared for your registered guest group. The Flannagan Room remains available as your dedicated dining, sitting, game and work room. This is the standard configuration and the way most stays are prepared.

Special Setup

Three Sleeping Rooms, Up to Six Registered Guests

By advance request and for an additional setup, housekeeping and laundry charge, the queen Murphy bed in the Flannagan Room can be prepared as a third sleeping room. This configuration is required for five or six guests and may also be requested by a smaller registered group that needs three separate beds or sleeping rooms.

All overnight guests must be registered. The special configuration must be requested, approved and paid for before arrival. The suite does not provide a sleeper sofa or couch bed.

Guest registration and bed preparation

Every overnight guest must be included on the reservation. The number of registered guests and the approved sleeping-room configuration determine which beds are prepared and the applicable charge. A reservation for one to four guests does not automatically include preparation of the Murphy bed. Guests who want three separate beds or sleeping rooms must request and pay for the special configuration before arrival. Five or six guests require the paid special configuration. Flannagan Lodge does not provide a sleeper sofa or couch bed, and unauthorized sleeping arrangements are not permitted.

Maximum occupancy is six registered guests when the special sleeping-room configuration has been requested, approved, prepared and paid for.
