Flannagan Lodge is on Big Ridge Road, State Route 63, just outside the Town of Haysi, Virginia. It is 10 miles and 20 to 25 minutes from Breaks Interstate Park, 4.0 miles from the Ridgeview ATV trailhead, and 3.6 miles from the Below the Dam Recreation Area at John W. Flannagan Dam. It is rented one reservation group at a time - you will not share guest spaces with unrelated guests during your stay.
Flannagan Lodge is a private guest suite with three rooms. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The third room, the Flannagan Room, is set up as a dedicated workspace, dining table, and game room. Every room has its own 32 inch Roku smart TV. The lodge sleeps up to four registered guests across two queen bedrooms. By advance request and for an additional setup, housekeeping and laundry charge, the queen Murphy bed in the Flannagan Room can be prepared as a third sleeping room. This is required for five or six registered guests and may also be requested by a smaller group that needs three separate beds or sleeping rooms. Every overnight guest must be included on the reservation. Message us before booking to set it up.

Can someone sleep on a couch?
No. Flannagan Lodge does not provide a sleeper sofa or couch bed. All sleeping arrangements must use beds that have been approved and prepared for the registered reservation.
Do all overnight guests need to be registered?
Yes. Every overnight guest must be included on the reservation. Guest count and sleeping-room configuration affect bed preparation, housekeeping, laundry and the applicable charge. Contact the host before arrival if the guest count or sleeping arrangement changes.
